This workshop is designed for Indigenous Australians and non-Indigenous Australians who wish to further develop leadership knowledge, skills and networks; and non-Indigenous Australians who wish to work effectively with Indigenous people in the workplace and/or Indigenous communities.
Introduction:
Developed and delivered across Australia by AILC, this unique program uses a practical approach to the complexities of mentoring in a cross-cultural context. This comprehensive course provides practical tools to help navigate diversity in the workplace and community. It also provides leaders/mentors strategies for success in daily interaction with people.
